These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ThinkMode+ browser extension and the website at thinkmodeplus.com (collectively, the "Service"), operated by ThinkMode+ ("we," "us," or "our").

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By installing the extension, creating an account, or accessing the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

ThinkMode+ is a browser extension for Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge that automatically enables extended thinking (reasoning) mode across supported AI platforms, including ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. The extension modifies the user interface of these platforms to activate their built-in extended thinking capabilities.

ThinkMode+ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google. The extension relies on the public-facing interfaces of these platforms, and functionality may change if those platforms update their interfaces.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe have been compromised.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Available Plans

ThinkMode+ offers the following subscription tiers:

  • Free — Core extension features at no cost. Limited to basic extended-thinking toggles.
  • Pro — $2.00/month. Unlocks all advanced features, including per-platform configuration, custom thinking budgets, and priority support.
  • Pro Squad — $3.50/month. Everything in Pro, designed for teams. Includes shared configuration profiles and multi-device sync for small groups.

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis. We do not store your full payment card details.

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. If we increase prices, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email or through the extension. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period.

4.4 Taxes

Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for any sales tax, VAT, or other taxes imposed by your jurisdiction. Stripe may collect and remit taxes where required.

5. Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan. During the trial period, you will have full access to all Pro features at no charge.

At the end of the 14-day trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid Pro plan unless you cancel before the trial expires. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee at the start of the first paid billing cycle.

Free trials are limited to one per user. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the free trial offer at any time.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on thinkmodeplus.com or by contacting us at vypur24@gmail.com. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
  • After the current period ends, your account will revert to the Free plan.

6.2 Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service, unused features, or periods where you did not use the extension. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access to paid features until the end of that billing period, but no pro-rated refund will be issued.

In exceptional circumstances (such as accidental duplicate charges), please contact us at vypur24@gmail.com and we will review your case individually.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the extension (except where such restriction is prohibited by law).
  • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the extension or any part of the Service.
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions, free trial limitations, or any authentication or security measures.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service for any purpose.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers and networks connected to it.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these provisions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service — including the extension code, website content, design, logos, trademarks, and all related materials — is the exclusive property of ThinkMode+ and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the extension for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Service.
  • Copy or distribute the extension outside of the official distribution channels (Chrome Web Store, Edge Add-ons).
  • Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
  • The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.
  • Any defects in the Service will be corrected.
  • The Service will be compatible with future updates to Chrome, Edge, or the supported AI platforms.

You acknowledge that ThinkMode+ depends on third-party AI platforms and browser APIs that are outside our control, and that changes to those platforms may affect functionality.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THINKMODE+, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Service.
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
  • Any third-party conduct or content on the Service.
  • Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $50.00, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ThinkMode+ and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ThinkMode+ regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective" date at the top of this page and provide notice through reasonable means (such as email notification or an in-extension banner). Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel any active subscription.
