How refunds work
Submit a refund request from this page using the same email used at checkout. We review requests and issue eligible refunds within 24 hours after review. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the money back in your account.
What is eligible
Early access purchases are eligible for a refund if the request is submitted within 30 days of purchase. If a payment provider, card network, or anti-fraud rule requires additional review, the refund may take longer to complete.
After refund
After a refund is approved, paid access may be removed from the account. Connected YouTube or Instagram accounts can be disconnected, and you can request deletion of account data through support.
